About Heidi

Heidi joined Integria Healthcare in February 2019 as Group Financial Controller followed by being appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2020, and now our Chief Operating Officer Transition since July 2024.  

She is responsible for the financial integrity of the group and developing comprehensive financial strategies.   

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience.  Prior to joining Integria, Heidi started her career with KPMG and held executive roles in the Australian complementary medicine industry including Metagenics and consulting businesses.   

Heidi is passionate about leading and developing collaborative teams, is a seasoned business leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of growth, she has experience in change management, talent development, forward thinking strategy development and execution, digital transformation, risk and compliance governance. She is passionate about the natural health industry and building strong foundations for businesses to grow.
