About Anna

Anna joined Integria Healthcare in January 2016 as General Counsel. 

In this role, Anna has oversight for all legal issues company wide, including corporate law issues, corporate governance, contracts and general legal compliance, working closely with the CEO, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Regulatory and  Human Resources. 

Prior to joining Integria Healthcare, Anna spent 12 years' with Corrs Chambers Westgarth advising on intellectual property, technology and commercial law matters, followed by 3 years as Senior Legal Counsel with an international services organisation. Anna is committed to inspiring trust and confidence when partnering with senior management in setting and implementing the organisation's strategy for growth and a culture of compliance regarding regulatory and legal mandates that impact Integria Healthcare's business.

Anna holds a double degree in Arts (Hons)/Law (Hons) majoring in Political Science and a Masters of Law (Intellectual Property).
