Christmas Closure and Delivery Information

As we approach the end of the year, please be advised that our office will be closed on the following days during the Christmas and New Year Holiday period:

NSW, QLD (Australia):

• Tuesday 24^th December, from 1:00pm AEDST - Friday 27^th December 2024, reopening Monday 30^th December 2024
• Tuesday 31^st  December 2024, from 1:00pm AEDST - Wednesday 1^st January 2025, reopening Thursday 2^nd January 2025

WA Warehouse (Australia):

• Tuesday 24^th December 2024, from 1:00pm AEDST - Wednesday 2^nd January 2025, reopening Thursday 2^rd  January 2025

New Zealand:

• Tuesday 24^th December, from 3:00pm NZT - Friday 27^th December 2024, reopening Monday 30^th December 2024
• Tuesday 31st December 2024 from 3:00pm NZT - Thursday 2^nd January 2025, reopening Friday 3^rd January 2025

This closure will occur across all departments including Customer Care, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Clinical Support and our Warehouses. Normal trading hours will recommence on Thurs 2^nd January 2025 and Fri 3^rd January 2025 in New Zealand.

DELIVERY IMPACTS

For your convenience, we recommend that orders are placed prior to the Christmas closure period as transport standards and timeframes may differ between Christmas and New Year. To ensure delivery of orders prior to the Christmas closure period, orders will be required to be placed before the below cut-off times:

Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth & Sydney Metro: 
By 1.30pm AEDST on Monday 16^th December 2024

All other areas: 
By 1.30pm AEDST on Friday 13^th December 2024

Auckland Metro:
By 1.30pm NZT on Friday 13^th December 2024

North Island:
By 1.30pm NZT on Friday 13^th December 2024

South Island:
By 1.30pm NZT on Thursday 12^th December 2024

 
Transport delivery timeframes may experience delays due to the public holidays however we expect all delivery standards and timeframes to return back to normal by Monday 6^th January 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COLD GOODS

To ensure you receive your cold goods prior to the Christmas period, please place all cold goods orders by 1.30pm AEDST Friday 13^th December 2024 and in New Zealand by 3.30pm NZT Friday 13^th December 2024. No orders for cold goods will be dispatched between Tuesday 17^th December 2024 and Thursday 2^nd January 2025 in Australia, and between Tuesday 17^th December 2024 and Friday 3^rd January 2025 in New Zealand.

Orders can be placed online at MyIntegria throughout the Christmas closure period. This provides you with a convenient way to place orders anywhere, anytime. Please note that any orders placed via MyIntegria during our closure period won’t be processed until we re-open for business on Thursday 2^nd January 2025 and Fri 3^rd January 2025 in New Zealand.
