Chief Executive Officer
Michael joined Integria Healthcare in January, 2019. Originally from Victoria, Australia, Michael is a proven business leader both domestically and internationally, with a track record of driving profitable growth in highly competitive consumer product markets in Australia, Asia (particularly China) and North America. Michael commenced his career in sales and marketing at Mars Confectionary and since then has held senior leadership positions with well-known brands and companies including, Benckiser (ANZ), P Z Cussons (Managing Director, ANZ), Kellogg’s (Managing Director, ANZ), Manassen Foods (CEO ANZ), Freedom Foods (CEO ANZ and then CEO North America based in California), and, most recently, Executive VP for A2 Milk China and Head of Emerging Markets for A2 Milk China, Southeast Asia and Middle East, based in Shanghai.
Michael has experience in health & well-being products from his time at Freedom Foods. He has an affinity for natural healthcare and is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.
General Manager, Human Resources
Jenny joined Integria Healthcare in 2013 with a passionate commitment to aligning business and people strategies for the best commercial outcomes. Since joining Integria Healthcare she credits it as being an inspirational work environment with a genuine commitment to our customers and belief in the products. She is supported by a talented Human Resource team that contribute to enabling our business, leaders and people to be the best they can be.
Jenny has over 20 years experience in Human Resources and has held key positions with global and Australian IT outsource providers. She also spent 12 years developing people practices to support business growth at FOXTEL.
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined Integria in October 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the leadership of the Finance and Information Systems teams across Australia and New Zealand.
He is passionate about leading the finance and Information Systems teams in partnering with the commercial business and in building efficient and effective support structures that provide the tools, financial transparency and controls to assist positive business performance.
Andrew has over 20 years' experience in leading and transforming finance and operations teams across a number of industries. Prior to Integria Andrew has held senior roles including CFO and Head of Finance at Sanofi Aventis Australia and Boots Healthcare Australia. Andrew is also a qualified CPA and holds an MBA from the University of New England and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
General Manager, Sales
Darryl joined Integria Healthcare in August 2012 as General Manager, Sales ANZ.
Primary objective is to accelerate sales growth across the company driven by a combination of increased market penetration and market development.
Continuing to build a strong strategic sales capability at Integria Healthcare through customer account management, field operations, education and customer service.
Integria Healthcare provides a dynamic working environment with a strong portfolio of natural healthcare brands aimed at improving the quality of life of consumers.
Darryl has over 20 years experience in retail, consumer sales and marketing with leading companies including Franklins, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson Pacific and Beiersdorf and completed his MBA in 2006
General Manager, Marketing
Lucie joined Integria Healthcare in April 2018 as General Manager – Marketing, with the primary objective to build powerful brands in the natural healthcare industry globally, whilst delivering to Integria Healthcare’s vision to “Inspire people to live better lives through natural healthcare”. Her passion is also in building high-performing teams, with a focus on brand marketing capabilities, leadership, and talent development across her team. Lucie has over 15 years’ experience in fast moving consumer goods with leading companies including Heineken, L’Oréal, Nestlé, and more recently, Cereal Partners Worldwide across Europe & Australia. Lucie brings a great amount of international and domestic consumer expertise in Marketing and Sales as well as extensive innovation and commercial management experience.
General Manager, Commercial & Strategy
Jacques joined Integria Healthcare in May 2018 as General Manager – Commercial and Strategy. Jacques' primary responsibility is to lead the design and delivery of the business’ strategic growth and profitability initiatives across domestic and international markets. Jacques also leads the research and corporate development agenda while working closely with the executive team on key decision support and business performance improvement initiatives. Jacques has 20 years corporate and management consulting experience across a number of industries having held senior strategy and sales roles with leading companies both in Australia and abroad including Coca-Cola Amatil, SunRice, CBA and PWC. Jacques holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree and an MBA from Imperial College London.
Anna joined Integria Healthcare in January 2016 as General Counsel. In this role, Anna has oversight for all legal issues company wide, including corporate law issues, corporate governance, contracts and general legal compliance, working closely with the CEO, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Regulatory and Human Resources.
Prior to joining Integria Healthcare, Anna spent 12 years' with Corrs Chambers Westgarth advising on intellectual property, technology and commercial law matters, followed by 3 years as Senior Legal Counsel with an international services organisation. Anna is committed to inspiring trust and confidence when partnering with senior management in setting and implementing the organisation's strategy for growth and a culture of compliance regarding regulatory and legal mandates that impact Integria Healthcare's business.
Anna holds a double degree in Arts (Hons)/Law (Hons) majoring in Political Science and a Masters of Law (Intellectual Property).
General Manager, Operations
Greg was appointed as General Manager, Operations in March, 2012
Greg is responsible for Integria’s Manufacturing plants at Warwick and Ballina and for developing the company’s manufacturing strategy to optimize supply to all markets and support the company’s growth targets.
He has extensive global experience with leading Pharmaceutical and Healthcare companies, including Pfizer, Warner Lambert and Merck Sharpe & Dohme and has had responsibilities across the entire Supply Chain (Logistics, production, Engineering and Quality Assurance).
General Manager, Technical
Angelo was appointed General Manager, Technical at Integria Healthcare in January 2011.
He is charged with ensuring the company complies with healthcare industry rules and regulations across in all international markets.
A passionate believer in natural medicines, Angelo enjoys a 20 year history as a quality and technical executive with leading Australian natural healthcare brands including Herron, MediHerb, Mayne, Symbion and Sanofi. He is committed to keeping Integria Healthcare at the cutting edge of best practice and quality control.
General Manager, China
Sylvia joined Integria Healthcare in February 2017 as General Manager, China. Based in the Shanghai office, Sylvia is responsible for the establishment and ongoing leadership of the China division of Integria Healthcare, developing and executing growth strategies and increasing market share, revenue, and profitability in China.
For the past four years, Sylvia was the Director of eCommerce for Hershey across greater China. With previously held positions at Olay, Ana Sui Cosmetics, and Wella Salon, Sylvia also couples her experience with a degree in International Accounting from the Lanzhou University of Science and Technology.
