Gladys Peters joined Integria as Chief Executive Officer in August 2025. She brings over 25 years of extensive global leadership experience across healthcare, personal care, and consumer goods. 

Prior to joining Integria, Gladys held senior leadership roles at renowned organisations including Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, GSK where she worked in local, regional, and global capacities leading large business portfolios with a strong focus on strategic growth, innovation, and culture-building.

Based in Brisbane, Gladys is passionate about purpose-driven leadership, fostering inclusive cultures, and driving sustainable, profitable growth. She is dedicated to strengthening Integria’s footprint in Australia and key global markets, inspiring teams, and delivering long-term value for customers and communities.
