Welcome to the Integria account application process. 

For new customers, please follow the process below - it's as easy as three simple steps:

Step 1:

Fill out and sign the New Account Application, ensuring all relevant fields and documents are filled out and provided, including:

  • Personal/company details
  • NZBN
  • Sign-off by business owner
  • Copy of qualification (if you are applying for a pharmacist or practitioner account)

Step 2: 

Email all documents and supporting material to our Accounts Receivable team at

We will contact you within 48 hours with your new account details so you can start ordering. If your application was incomplete or further details are required, our Accounts Receivable team will be in touch for further information.
