Mastering Microcirculation Dynamics
In this two-part presentation, Kerry Bone outlines the supporting evidence and clinical ramifications of the core FHT strategy of supporting and enhancing microcirculatory and endothelial health. This powerful clinical paradigm can deliver surprising results, even in problematical cases. His focus will be on recent publications and new clinical insights.
In Part 1, Kerry summarises our current understanding of the role of microcirculation in health and disease. New research pointing to its critical role as a therapeutic target in eye, brain, heart, and muscle health is reviewed. Factors that damage our microcirculation will also be flagged. The hypothesis that microvascular dysfunction might even be a systemic disorder, with common biomarkers found in the heart, brain, kidneys, and elsewhere will be explored.
Next in Part 2, Kerry examines how this key treatment strategy can be successfully applied to modern herbal practice, underpinned by the clinical evidence for important herbal and dietary agents.
